Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction management experience, preferably involving architectural and/or self-perform work.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred, or equivalent field experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Teams.
• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Viewpoint Vista, or similar construction management software preferred.
• Ability to understand construction contracts, construction law, and general business practices.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers throughout all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Support daily project execution, including schedule coordination, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support successful project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and closeout materials.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports to support financial goals.
• Identify project challenges and assist with resolving issues while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Support client engagement and relationship-building efforts.
• Promote jobsite safety and ensure compliance with project-specific and regulatory requirements.
