Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Project Coordinator for our Oak Ridge, TN location. This role supports document control, records management, and compliance with internal procedures and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in communications-related fields, 3–5 years of similar experience, and proven proficiency with MS Word and the Microsoft Office Suite. A DOE clearance is preferred or the ability to obtain one, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in using MS Word.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain records and manage configuration/change control.
• Knowledge of desktop publishing applications for formatting, developing, and revising procedures, manuals, reports, presentation materials, etc.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining a DOE Q-clearance.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Update various Microsoft file types and maintain documentation.
• Provide support for legacy records and review or comment on documents.
• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain discipline knowledge.
• Work safely at all times and report health and safety incidents and concerns.
• Additional duties as required.
