Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating project plans, timelines and schedules for NPD initiatives
  • Track and monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines
  • Act as central point of contact for project updates and communications
  • Prepare and report status updates and presentations for stakeholders
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings and action items
  • Maintain project documentation, design specifications, testing protocols and change requests
  • Identify and mitigate potential impacts to project deliverables
  • Communicate with 3rd Party vendors to ensure timely deliveries of new product introductions

Skills/Must have:

  • 2-5 years of experience of project coordination in product development or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Stage-Gate methodologies
