We're looking for a hands-on, motivated problem solver who wants more than a routine technician job. You'll work in the field installing and troubleshooting equipment while also learning the project-management, estimating and business side of the work.
We're looking for the right person, not someone who checks every box.
You may have a background in electrical work, industrial controls, automation, mechanical systems, construction, telecommunications or another technical field. Experience with SCADA, networking, water/wastewater systems, AutoCAD or estimating is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with the right aptitude and attitude.
This position is designed for someone who wants to grow. As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility in project management, estimating, engineering support, operations or business development.
You'll receive training and exposure to some of the most interesting technologies being used to modernize critical water infrastructure.
You don't have to know everything on day one. We want someone who's capable, curious and ready to learn. If you like solving problems, working with your hands and your head, and want a career with room to grow, we'd like to hear from you.
