Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis seeks a Program Manager to provide project management, facilitation, and coordination for IT project, program, and portfolio activities. This role serves as a liaison to other departments and supports project planning and execution.

You will assist in developing and coordinating programs, oversee logistics, and contribute improvements across the program lifecycle, including potential budget oversight. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Position Summary

Provide project management, facilitation and coordination for a variety of activities in support of IT project, program and portfolio management. Serves as a liaison to other departments.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Assists in the program development, coordination, planning of programs with department. Serves as responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of the program implementation and logistics. Provides ideas for management and operational improvement, as well as serves as a development resource for program planning, implementation and close out. May have budgetary/financial oversight of program. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Location/Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Physical Effort: Typically sitting at a desk or table. Equipment: Office equipment. Salary

Grade G10 Salary Range $49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
