Job description

Architectural Project Coordinator I

Embedded in a project team, your role will involve producing models and diagrams, attending client meetings, and assisting with consultants.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with generating design ideas and participating in design charrettes
  • Produce graphics and presentations for clients
  • Generate renderings using various technologies
  • Assemble sets of construction document drawings
  • Learn and be involved in a number of different project types
  • Implement sustainability best practices on projects
  • Participate in owner’s meetings
  • Learn and understand the design process
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
Qualifications
  • College graduate with relevant degree
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and SketchUp required
  • Comfortable using SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and be mentored under experienced architects and design staff
  • Interest in the integrated project delivery method and innovative process improvement
Physical Demands

Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; coordinates and participates in client meetings; maintains consistent attendance; performs routine office tasks; may require walking frequently around the office or outdoors; may need to carry large plans or boxes exceeding 10lb. Travel or colocation may be required.
