Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Gainesville office to help empower clients with energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future.

You will work closely with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes on projects of limited size and complexity. The ideal candidate has an Associates degree with related field or equivalent experience, plus 1-year office experience and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1-year experience in a professional office environment; professional services background ideal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• General understanding of project management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope and complexity.
• Coordinate and support internal and external (client) project team members in accordance with AEI policies and standards.
