Communication Technology Services (CTS) is one of the largest integrators and managed service providers for enterprise cellular networks in the U.S., specializing in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell, and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for Enterprise. We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator in the Orlando area who is ready to take the next steps in their wireless career.

The ideal individual will have a can-do, will-do attitude in support of our local team of 50+ employees. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 - 7 years of administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Field Update tracking
• Monitoring Safety Software
• Job Close Outs – Compile and build closeout documentation deliverable
• Creation of Material Trackers for each project
• Order Rental Equipment as needed – including lifts, testers or other equipment
• Order & track job specific items (Storage Containers, lifts, etc.) as needed
• Company Vehicle Tracking
• Other duties as assigned
• Site Tracker- creating projects & uploading of documents
• Track and submit Service Tickets
• Sharefile- creating project folders
• Track JSA
• Swiftrac

Job hours are 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree

Education: High school + AA Degree or higher

Skill-sets: Computer – Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook

Pay Scale is $20-25/hr based on experience
