Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator for our data center construction teams in Santa Teresa, NM.

You will provide daily support to field operations, project management, and customer teams, ensuring accurate information flow and timely documentation. Key tasks include tracking payroll times for the Production group, processing new hire enrollment documents, and assisting with WO processing, proposals, bids, change orders, submittals, RFIs and RFDs.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.
  • Licensure/Certifications: None required.
  • Experience: Three (3) years of experience in a construction support role.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Track payroll times for Production and process all New Hire Enrollment docs.
  • WO processing; assist with proposals, bid presentations, change orders, submittals, RFIs & RFD documents.
  • Maintain and update job files and controlled forms/logs.
  • Coordinate schedule, set up meetings, and organize travel and catering.

Reports To: Senior Project Manager

Location: Santa Teresa, NM

Salary Range: $20.00/hour to $26.00/hour

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. About The Role

We're seeking a Project Coordinator ready to be on the front lines of a project, giving daily support to field, project management, and customer teams. This role regularly communicates with field and safety professionals ensuring proper the flow of information such as tracking payroll times for the Production team and processing all new hire enrollment documentation. The Coordinator will assist in WO processing and proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, and RFI & RFD document processing. Other responsibilities include maintaining and updating job files and controlled forms/logs. You’ll provide coordination and administrative support for project managers including tracking schedule, setting up meetings and organizing travel and catering.

  • Tracking PM schedule, set-up meetings, travel, catering, etc.
  • Communicate with Field and Safety professionals. Project Coordinators on PV sites is to track Payroll times for Production and process all New Hire Enrollment docs.
  • Maintaining and updating job files, controlled forms/logs
  • WO Processing on PV site, Project Coordinator would assist with proposal, bid presentation, change orders, submittals, RFI & RFD document processing

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel.

Minimum Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience that, in the sole judgment and discretion of Company, would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications may qualify.

Education: High school diploma or GED required; College Degree preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience required in a support role in the construction industry.
