Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Quality Management System activities, audits, and documentation across the organization. You will help maintain ISO-compliant processes, track corrective actions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure audit readiness.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in quality or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality, compliance, auditing, document control, or ISO coordination preferred.
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 or another management system (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.
  • Experience in technology, operations, logistics, or a service environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with databases, document control systems, or audit/QMS software preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with people across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Internal auditor training or certification is preferred but not required.

  • Training and Awareness: Support employee training on quality standards and processes.
  • Document and Record Control: Maintain controlled documents and logs.
  • Reporting and Follow-Up: Prepare audit summaries and provide status updates.

Job Summary

Supermicro is currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System Support: Help maintain and improve the QMS so processes remain aligned with applicable ISO and quality standards, internal procedures, and customer or certification requirements.
  • Internal Auditing: Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits to assess process effectiveness, measure performance, and identify gaps or nonconformities.
  • Corrective and Preventive Action: Track operational issues and nonconformities, support root-cause analysis, and work with process owners to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions.
  • External Audit Support: Serve as a point of contact for certification bodies and other external auditors during compliance, surveillance, and recertification audits; help prepare evidence and follow up on findings.
  • Training and Awareness: Support employee training and awareness on quality standards, documented processes, and continuous-improvement practices.
  • Document and Record Control: Maintain controlled documents, records, and logs so quality documentation remains accurate, current, secure, and readily available for operations and audits.
  • Reporting and Follow-Up: Prepare audit summaries, track open actions, and provide status updates to support management review and ongoing improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality, compliance, auditing, document control, or ISO coordination preferred.
  • Experience supporting ISO 9001 or another management system (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.

Salary Range

$28.00 - $30.00 /hr

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills,years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus andequity award programs.
