Job summary

  • Use content management systems (CMS), including Wagtail, to publish and update website content.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all content updates.
  • Participate in daily standups and regular stakeholder meetings.
  • Develop client deliverables, including monthly reports and operational summaries.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting to track operational performance and user experience metrics.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Document and standardize processes to improve clarity and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior-level personnel.
  • Provide surge support during high-volume periods and staff absences.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Triage, respond to, and document incoming inquiries from external stakeholders.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage cases and elevate complex issues as needed.
  • Support development of biweekly and monthly reports.
  • Analyze user trends and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in team and client meetings.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including presentations, documentation, and audits.

Project Coordinator - Digital Operations
The Position:

Censeo is seeking a Project Coordinator to support digital operations and RegTech client initiatives. This role will focus on managing intake, coordinating website updates, supporting customer-facing services, and driving operational improvements across multiple workstreams.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of digital content updates, stakeholder communications, and customer support services. The Project Coordinator will also provide surge support during periods of high demand, contribute to cross-functional projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

    Censeo Consulting Group is based in Washington D.C., a fantastic city for working professionals. We work in a hybrid setting with flexibility to work from home and work in our office conveniently located in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks away from the White House. And with many of our clients also based in D.C., we have the luxury of leaving for a meeting and being back in the office in time for post-work happy hours, team dinners, and game nights.

    The Fine Print:
    • The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $72,000 depending on experience
    • Expected travel 0-10%; mayincrease based on business needs
    • This is an exempt, full-time position
    • This role is subject to a hybrid or remote work schedule
    • Essential Physical Functions
      • Sitting: Particularly for sustained periods of time
      • Light Carrying: Physically transporting items weighing less than 15 pounds from one location to another
