TEKsystems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project activities, facilitate cross-team communication, and help drive successful outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes organizing efforts, tracking deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders across projects in a regulated industry context.

This Contract position is based in Lansing, MI with a hybrid work arrangement. The pay range is $35.00-$40.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, office operations, or a related role.
• Experience working within project-based environments.
• Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to project delivery methodologies, SDLC concepts, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, OneNote, Visio, or similar tools.
• Experience government, healthcare, behavioral health, or other regulated industries.
• Prior experience coordinating projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
