Job Summary

The Global Devices Organization spearheads the product strategy and delivery of devices and embedded software for Global Entertainment Devices and Global Connect Living Devices. The Organizational Culture team is dedicated to fostering an exceptional employee experience worldwide. This team plays a crucial role in promoting a culture that embodies our company's key leadership behaviors and values employee feedback. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Organizational Culture team. In this role, you will support our global team in creating outstanding employee experiences across the globe.

Job Description

You will support the Program Lead to align the organization around a cohesive culture and structure that promotes collaboration, innovation & inclusion, cross-team consistency and alignment. You will assist in strategic action planning to address employee feedback, People Leader support network & driving learning opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain employee feedback action register, templates, and Sharepoint site.
  • Support the Operations leader and organizational culture lead in an administrative capacity.
  • Review quarterly employee surveys, and implement and track actions taken from survey feedback.
  • Assist in organizing and communicating support for Global team events.
  • Partner with local HR to compile and maintain employee roster.
  • Sharepoint/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook experience required.
  • Create and maintain a yearly event calendar of important dates across organizations.
  • Support the Operations team as required.
