EMCOR Group in Colorado Springs seeks a Project Coordinator to support mechanical service and construction projects by coordinating activities and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role ensures administrative tasks are completed efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
The position interfaces with project managers, field personnel, customers, vendors, and administrative teams to maintain project organization, schedules, and cost records while upholding safety and quality
We are a single-source solution for the design and implementation of sophisticated mechanical and plumbing systems. Our integrated in-house production model utilizes coordinated BIM models to produce precise fabrication documentation to help ensure accurate installation.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful execution of mechanical service and construction projects by coordinating project activities, facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring administrative and operational tasks are completed efficiently. This role works collaboratively with project managers, field personnel, customers, vendors, and administrative teams to support project objectives and maintain project organization throughout the project lifecycle.
Compensation Range: Minimum $52,000 maximum $66,000
Other Compensation: position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
