The UFW Foundation's Immigration Legal Services Program provides high quality comprehensive affirmative and removal defense services, and representation before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), and California State Courts. We represent low-income clients, including unaccompanied minors, in an array of affirmative and defensive applications, including but not limited to family petitions, U-visa/VAWA, Waivers, Naturalization and DACA, as well as Asylum/Withholding/CAT, Cancellation of Removal and Special Immigrants Juvenile Status (SIJS). The UFW Foundation is a U.S. DOJ recognized and accredited organization.
The Project Coordinator represents the UFW Foundation before stakeholders and target communities. They plan, promote and participate in community education around local resources available to communities impacted by immigration issues. They provide essential administrative, logistical, and operational support to program directors, managers, or other department staff to ensure smooth program execution. They help develop and sustain leader engagement programs to support UFW Foundation projects and campaigns to increase awareness of our immigration services. The Project Coordinator will also promote UFW Foundation programs and services in the general community. The Project Coordinator also coordinates with the digital and communications operations to document local efforts, raise awareness and increase use of services. The Project Coordinator reports to the Directing Attorney.

The annual salary pay range for this position is $70,304.00 to $90,304.00, and benefits include:

This is a hybrid position that offers a balance of in-office and remote work. The incumbent will be expected to work on-site in person at one of our regional offices, two to three days per week. The rest of the week can be spent working remotely, with the flexibility to adjust as needed. In addition, the incumbent may be required to attend meetings, trainings, or workshops either in their home state or elsewhere throughout the year.
