Job summary

Saliense is recruiting for a National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure. The role focuses on operational assessment implementation, routing and triaging internal communications, and coordinating with leaders to resolve drafting discrepancies before sign-off.

The position emphasizes developing and maintaining SOPs, project plans, timelines, and regulatory documentation to strengthen national resilience and secure critical infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to optimize organizational models and support CISA National Coordinator duties.
• Proactively evaluate incoming correspondence to route tasks based on subject-matter priorities.
• Coordinate with program managers and staff to resolve writing/editing discrepancies before final sign-off.
• Provide recommendations to implement and optimize CISA operating model.

• Lead development, maintenance, and updates of processes and procedures to meet national coordination responsibilities.
• Draft project management documents including project plans, timelines, and checklists.
• Draft and update CISA SOP documents codifying changes to operations and reporting.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience implementing operational assessment findings to ensure progress in organizational model optimization occurs to effectively operationalize the duties and responsibilities of CISA as the National Coordinator for Security and Resilience of U.S. Critical Infrastructure by providing administrative, analytical, and operational support services.
• Proactively evaluate incoming correspondence to determine appropriate internal routing based on departmental subject-matter expertise and leadership priorities.
• Effectively coordinate directly with program managers, component heads, and administrative staff to deconflict task assignments and resolve writing or editing discrepancies prior to final package sign-off.
• Ability to provide recommendations and support to implement and optimize CISA’s operating model.
• Capable of leading the development, maintenance, and updates of process and procedures to deliver on operational requirements to include National Coordinator responsibilities.
• Demonstrated track record of drafting project management documentation to include project plans, implementation plans, timelines, and checklists for implementation progress.
• Hands-on experience drafting and recommending updates to CISA Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents that codify changes to operations and reporting.
