Jacobs is looking for an organized and driven Project Controls Professional based in the Western U.S. In this role, you'll maintain project ledgers showing budget line items, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts. You’ll also perform project control tasks to assist the operations team with the success of the project from new project set‑up through monitoring of cost, schedule, budget, and procedures.
As a Project Controls professional, you’ll prepare project financial set‑up documents. Project Managers will rely on you for project execution support, as you provide them with weekly financial updates and prepare for and participate in monthly project reviews. You’ll also work with them and the operations team to establish and maintain a project work breakdown structure (WBS). As you perform weekly financial reviews, you’ll identify and make any necessary corrections. You’ll monitor budgets against actual costs and forecasts, ensuring accurate cost tracking.
Subcontract‑related responsibilities include preparing procurement forms for subcontract initiation, assisting with the subcontractor invoice review process, and tracking budget, expenditures and contract term for all subcontracts (and initiating term extensions and closures when needed). You’ll provide change‑management support, including maintenance of project change logs.

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
