Job summary

STV is seeking a highly accomplished Project Controls Manager to lead our New York City office. You will direct cost, schedule, risk and EVM strategies across major transportation and infrastructure programs.

The role requires 20–25 years of progressive project controls experience, executive-level interaction with clients and senior leadership, and a track record of delivering multi-billion-dollar programs in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, Architecture, or related field.
• 20–25 years of progressive project controls experience supporting major transportation, infrastructure, aviation, transit, water, energy, or capital improvement programs.
• Experience leading project controls on programs valued at $500M+ to multi-billion-dollar levels.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and enterprise project controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for project controls across major programs and portfolios.
• Establish project controls governance, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Lead integrated cost, schedule, risk, change management, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.
• Develop execution strategies for large-scale programs exceeding hundreds of millions or billions of dollars.
• Oversee EAC forecasting, contingency management, and cost trend analysis.
• Monitor milestones, critical paths, schedule risks, and delivery performance.
• Lead executive-level reviews of project controls metrics and financial performance.

STV is seeking a highly accomplished Project Controls Manager to join our growing Project Controls Department in our New York City office. This is a senior leadership position responsible for directing project controls strategy, governance, and execution across some of the nation's largest and most complex transportation, transit, aviation, infrastructure, and capital improvement programs.The ideal candidate will bring 20–25 years of progressive project controls experience, including executive-level responsibility for cost management, scheduling, risk management, forecasting, change management, and program performance oversight.
