AtkinsRéalis in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our team, supporting the Cambridge/Boston site onsite or hybrid as required. Responsibilities include cost management, forecasting, vendor and contract administration, and project controls across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have mid-level experience (around 5 years) with strong cost reporting, change order reviews, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Mid-level/5 years experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and establish cost baselines.
• Prepare cost reporting and forecast/re-forecast projections.
• Provide cashflow/spend projections for active projects.
• Set up vendor contracts and purchase orders.
• Review change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Review invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in vendor and project closeout activities.

Your role

General responsibilities will be focused on Cost Management, include:

• Project setup.
• Cost reporting including forecasting/re-forecasting.
• Cashflow/spend projections.
• Vendor contract and purchase order setup.
• Change order review.
• Invoice review.
• Vendor and project closeout.

About you

• Mid-level/5 years experience is preferred.
• Scheduling experience is a bonus.

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $105,000 - $150,000 annually hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
