Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Manager to oversee cost, schedule, and performance reporting across multiple projects in Illinois. You will partner with Execution Project Managers, Controllers and Finance to drive reliable data, accurate forecasting, and timely insights that support delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project controls, with experience in SAP/Salesforce/SharePoint and scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project control reports on schedule, cost and budget performance.
• Lead forecasting, accruals and weekly financial snapshots.
• Review contractor invoices and change orders; make recommendations.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and trackers.
• Mentor interns and coordinate with vendors.
