Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Project Controls professional to support cost estimating, scheduling, and cost engineering on large projects across the USA. The role involves cost control, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, and presenting cost/schedule information to project teams.

A BS degree in engineering or related field is required, with experience in Primavera or MS Project, Power BI, Excel. Willingness to relocate/travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, engineering management, construction engineering/management, project management, or related business degree.
• Ability to conduct site walkdowns including ladders, scaffolding, and uneven surfaces with reasonable accommodations.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supports cost estimating, analysis and control activities and schedule development and monitoring.
• Performs routine quantity takeoffs from drawings and verifies data.
• Assembles and compiles estimate data and prepares portions of budgets as directed.
• Prepares and presents cost/schedule information at meetings as directed.
