Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Cost Manager to join our Program Management Team on a full-time, on-site basis in Spartanburg, SC. You’ll oversee construction cost controls, forecasting, budgeting, earned value, and reporting, ensuring alignment with Primavera P6 schedules and client needs.
With 20+ years of cost controls experience, you’ll lead multi‑million EPC projects, mentor the project controls team, and present updates to management.

We are looking for a driven and curious Project Controls Cost Manager to support our Program Management Team.
As a key member of our EPC support team, you’ll will have the chance to work on‑site using your expertise in construction forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earned value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. You will manage the overall program construction cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management. You will assist the Program Project Services Director with management of the Project Controls team.

The base salary range for this position is $123,600.00 to $170,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
