X Energy, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Analyst III-IV to provide planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, and change-trends support across multiple programs. The role documents project plans, tracks progress, and reports key metrics to leadership from Rockville, MD.

The position requires 5+ years (Level III) or 10+ years (Level IV) in project management, with strong skills in project controls software, takeoff and estimating tools, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in management, business, project management, or related field.
• Typically, five plus years’ experience for Level III or ten plus years for Level IV in project management or related industry.
• Experience with planning/scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk management, and project performance reporting.
• Experience using project management software applications.
• Advanced software skills using on-screen takeoff and estimating tools.
• Experience writing the basis of estimate documents.
• Knowledge of several construction and project disciplines.
• Basic understanding of engineering documents and how to derive quantities.
• Basic software skills (Word and Excel).
