Job summary

Anchor QEA seeks a Project Controls Analyst in Corpus Christi, TX to support scope, schedule, budget, and risk across projects. Responsibilities include scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and coordination with clients and subconsultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in project controls or coordination, strong MS Word/Excel/MS Project/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with SharePoint. Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project controls or coordination in a technical field.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and SharePoint experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings, track deliverables, and update schedules.
• Assist with budget tracking, forecast costs, and Earned Value management.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and project teams on schedules and deliverables.
• Prepare agreements/amendments and assist with scope statements and WBS.
• Support project closeout, invoicing, and financial reporting.
