Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Controls professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking across engineering projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure accurate planning, reporting, and timely invoicing, while communicating with customers and vendors to maintain project progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of project engineering/Services experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and ERP/PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers to monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate planning and reporting.
• Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
• Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
• Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
• Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
• Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
• Follow and coordinate established or informal SOPs for Mission Critical business team.
• Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.

You will:

• Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.
• Support development of project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
• A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
• Travel Expectations: 25-30%

Salary: $65,000-$95,000
