Job summary

You will collaborate with Operations, Project Management, and Finance to produce accurate reports, forecasts, and analyses, while supporting billing, cost management, and revenue recognition. The role requires a BS in Finance/Accounting or PM and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial results for jobs / projects, including revenue recognition, accruals, expense coding, billing, analytics, controls, and cost management.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, and Finance to understand each job's financial results and report that position, addressing ad hoc questions as necessary.
• Monitor and analyze customer billings, open POs, expense trends.
• Support Operations and Project Management in forecasting job / project results, including risk and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to business processes and accounting policies and procedures to maintain internal control and integrity of books and records.
• Manage audit inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain compliance with government and organizational reporting requirements.
• Provide consistent data for forecasting and planning, including P&L and cash flow.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to understand variances in financial and operational drivers.
