Job summary

Baker Hughes in Houston, TX, seeks a Project Controller Americas Operations to drive cost accuracy, productivity tracking, and performance management across GTS Americas. You will partner with CSA PMs, SMs, Finance, Sourcing, and Risk to ensure efficient project execution and accurate job costing for planned outages.

Joining this team means contributing to continuous improvement, developing cost-saving opportunities, and supporting CSA cost information gathering for outage budgets and site costs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and controlling expenses involving assigned budgets for planned outages under Contractual Service Agreements (CSAs) across the Americas region to meet contractual obligations and business targets.
• Supporting Application Engineers in developing accurate Job Cost Estimates (JCEs) for planned CSA outages prior to execution.
• Estimating expenditures and recommending cost-saving opportunities to Project Managers (PMs) and Service Managers (SMs).
• Developing and implementing proactive solutions and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Building strong relationships with CSA PMs, SMs, Finance, Sourcing, and Risk teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Obtaining, organizing, and validating all outage-related costs, including labor, materials, manufacturing costs, supplier invoices, timesheets, and travel expenses.
• Requesting and downloading cost information for outages to develop and maintain Site Cos
