Ladders is seeking a Project Control Specialist for a remote U.S. position. You will strengthen project financial discipline across large capital construction programs, supporting cost, schedule, and performance reporting for visibility into budget health and forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities include administering controls, analyzing variances, forecasting, and presenting reports to leadership. Requires 10+ years in project controls and strong Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, finance, business, or related field, or equivalent experience with 10+ years.
• Experience in project controls on large capital construction programs.
• Strong cost reporting, forecasting, earned value, KPI tracking, and variance analysis.
• Ability to develop executive-level dashboards and detailed supporting analysis.
• Strong Excel and project controls systems experience.

• Maintain logs for contingency drawdowns, performance trends, and forecast variances.
• Conduct contingency adequacy assessments to evaluate risks and projected cost exposure.

For our client, we are seeking a Project Control Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role is focused on strengthening project financial discipline across large capital construction programs in a remote U.S. environment. You will support cost, schedule, and performance reporting that helps leadership maintain visibility into budget health, forecast accuracy, and execution risk. The position works closely with project controls and finance partners to produce analysis that informs decisions at the project and executive levels.

Location: Remote, US - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually
