Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to support capital projects through scheduling, cost analysis, work order creation, and project reporting. • Experience with capital project scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, or project controls.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Analysis, CPI, SPI.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capital project schedules and validate project scope with Project Managers
• Define project critical paths and ensure schedules align with project cash flow
• Provide project cost analysis, management reporting, and other project controls support
• Create and execute project work orders in accordance with corporate standards using SAP S/4HANA
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to collect and validate regular project updates
• Provide individual, plant, and regional project reporting on a regular basis
• Apply Work Breakdown Structures and project controls processes to support effective project execution
• Utilize project controls metrics, including Earned Value Analysis, Cost Performance Index (CPI), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
• Support workflow auditing, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist Project Managers with forecasting project expenditures and identifying schedule or cost impacts
• Support the development and expansion of project schedules and recommend additional resources as needed

• 3+ years of relevant experience using scheduling software, cost control tools, project controls systems, or similar platforms preferred
• Experience with capital project scheduling, cost tracking, forecasting, or project controls
• SAP S/4HANA Experience
• Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures, Earned Value Analysis, CPI, SPI, and project controls metrics
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
