Base pay range

$50.00/yr - $50.00/yr

Amass Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Specialist to support a dynamic portfolio of electric utility infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and telecommunication systems. This is a great opportunity to join a high-impact team working on the FirstEnergy – Energizing the Future Program.

Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 (20–200 activities).
Support 5–6 Project Managers on various design and construction phases.
Load and maintain resources within schedules.
Perform quality checks and inspections on project control deliverables.
Compare schedules to financial data to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Understand and communicate technical progress of electric utility T&D and telecom projects.
Analyze and integrate schedule data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Collaborate across project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (T&D or Utility project scheduling preferred).
Proficiency with Primavera P6 (2–5 years), MS Office, Power BI.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Entry-level applicants with strong P6 skills will be considered.
Drug screening may be required.
Onsite role – must be within commuting range or willing to relocate.
