Job summary

SciTec seeks a Project Control Analyst to partner with Program Managers and Project Leads to manage project cost, schedule, and technical performance. You will perform configuration management of project deliverables and reporting to customers to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting in budgets, maintaining status reports, and developing resource plans. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Strong numerical, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Ability to obtain government security clearance.
• Detail oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defines project goals, objectives, budget, and schedule with project managers and teams.
• Monitors and evaluates projects to ensure they meet budget and timelines (monthly cost and schedule variances).
• Assists in budgeting and scheduling, including preparing and updating project spend plans; prepares and maintains status reports and customer deliverables.
• Maintains accurate and timely project resource plans and financial forecasts.
• Other duties as assigned.

SciTec is seeking a Project Control Analyst. The Project Control Analyst works with Program Managers and Project Leads to manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance. Additionally, the Project Control Analyst will perform configuration management of project deliverables and reporting requirements to the customer to ensure satisfaction on the current programs and build relationships for future efforts.

Responsibilities

• Works with the project managers and teams to help define project goals, objectives, budget, and schedule
• Monitors and evaluates projects to ensure they are meeting their budget and execution timelines including monthly cost and schedule variances
• Assist in project budgeting and scheduling, including preparing and updating project spend planPrepare and maintain project status reports and customer deliverables
• Maintain accurate and timely project resouce plans and financial forecasts
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

The pay range for this position is $86,000 - $123,000 / year. SciTec considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills. This is not a guarantee of compensation.
