As Project Construction Director - Power Projects, you will serve as the senior site leader responsible for all construction execution activities across a major capital power generation project. Operate as the primary field representative for Worley, providing strategic leadership to large multidisciplinary construction organizations while building trusted customer relationships and driving safe, predictable, and successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs.

Purpose of the role
The Project Construction Director - Power Projects holds overall accountability for all site-based construction execution activities on a major power generation project. Acting as the senior construction leader and primary customer-facing representative at the project site, you will provide strategic direction, governance, and leadership across all construction disciplines while ensuring alignment with project objectives, contractual commitments, customer expectations, and business priorities.
You will lead a large multidisciplinary construction organization through Construction Managers, Area Managers, Superintendents, Field Supervisors, contractors, and specialty execution teams. Through visible leadership and disciplined execution, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with schedule, quality, and commercial objectives while fostering a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
