Job summary

DPR Construction based in Texas is seeking a Communications Specialist to deliver project communications, produce content, and support timely, aligned messaging across channels for internal and external audiences.

The role works with project leadership and client teams to manage content calendars, maintain internal platforms, track engagement metrics, and coordinate meetings and town halls that reinforce DPR's standards and brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field required.
• APR or CMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes project communication plans to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent information delivery.
• Creates written, visual, and digital content for project updates, newsletters, and internal communication channels.
• Manages and maintains internal communication platforms to support consistent messaging and information flow.
• Tracks and analyzes communication metrics to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.
• Collaborates with project leadership, client teams, and communications partners to align messaging and brand standards.
• Coordinates and supports delivery of meetings, town halls, and engagement events.
• Contributes to community engagement activities that support project presence and organizational values.
