Job summary

Sika Deutschland GmbH at Madison Heights, MI is seeking a technical professional to support our manufacturing plant, ensuring product quality and performance while transferring new products and technologies to production.

You will adapt DFMEA for new modified products, evaluate new technologies and materials, manage maintenance, and initiate supplier presentations. You will also lead TS 16949 audits for the R&D team and tackle special projects as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support to manufacturing plant to assure product quality and performance
• Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to production
• Adapt existing DFMEA and set up for new modified products
• Evaluate new technologies, raw materials, and processes
• Manage product maintenance process independently
• Initiate technical presentation from raw material suppliers
• Leads TS 16949 Audit for the R&D team
• Perform special projects and other assignments as directed by manager
