Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP is seeking a Project Biologist for a Remote, Part-Time On-Call position in the Emeryville area. The role focuses on avian biology, habitat assessments, and mitigation planning during site clearing activities.

The successful candidate will have a B.S. in Biology or Wildlife Ecology, 10+ years of experience, and documented biological surveys. This is a remote, on-call opportunity with compensation in the $40–$50/hour range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Biology or Wildlife Ecology or a similar field, with experience in avian biology.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Biological Survey Reports: included in the Property File and included, at minimum.
• Documentation of biological surveys in or near the work area where a survey is necessary.
• Mitigation measures taken, if any.

Responsibilities

Wage Data Per State Requirements

Pay range for this position is $40 - $50/hour. The starting pay will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
