Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in West Mifflin, PA to stock, merchandise, and support store teams on a project basis.

This independent contractor role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering engaging in-store presentations across leading brands.

You will visit stores, complete reports with photos via mobile tools, and adapt to varying project requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; heavy items up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; assist for up to 100 lbs.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments for limited periods.
• Smartphones required; iPhone 11+ or newer or newer Android.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with attention to detail.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos using mobile tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and store visits to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism, and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution as needed.
