Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ML experience with business impact.
• Portfolio of completed ML projects/publications.
• Expert Python programming for data science (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn).
• Expert statistical analysis and ML understanding and applications.
• Expert with SQL and database operations for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering).
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain.

Responsibilities

• Design computational STEM problems simulating real workflows.
• Create Python-based problems to solve.
• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and not solvable manually.
• Develop problems requiring non-trivial reasoning chains and creativity.
• Verify solutions using Python with standard libraries (numpy, pandas, scipy, scikit-learn).
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified answers.
