Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction experience on relevant projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience managing field staff and building relationships with owners.
• Geographically mobile and able to relocate within a region.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Demonstrated track record of jobsite safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in establishing project chart of accounts and CPM schedule.
• Provide administrative support to Project Superintendent and leadership.
• Track and process Change Proposals, Change Orders, and Owner Pay Apps.
• Monitor job costs, generate reports, and prepare quantity analyses.
• Lead on-site Total Quality Management processes.
• Support project closeout activities.
• Implement safety and EEO/affirmative action programs.
