Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking a disciplined project coordinator to support major commercial design, construction, expansion, renovation, and related projects across North America.

The role emphasizes development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring quality, cost, reliability, and timely delivery while coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC-based applications.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work with all levels of staff, management and customers.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on root cause analysis.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project reviews, meetings, and related documentation and follow-up activities.
  • Prepare project status reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other communications; track variances and action items for follow-up.
  • Support communication and coordination among project team members, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with identifying project resource and skill requirements and utilize approved project management processes and tools to support project execution.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day

What You'll Bring

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $80,169 - $95,000and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
