Cuningham is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager in Phoenix. You will lead design and documentation across healthcare-focused projects, guiding teams and coordinating with clients and consultants. This role emphasizes growth, client trust, and delivering high-quality, well-sealed contract documents.
You’ll mentor teammates, manage design workflows, and ensure FE/CA deliverables align with schedules and budgets, while championing sustainable, regenerative design across sectors.
At Cuningham, we design a better world with deep respect for the real one, working toward a world made better by selfless design. Our Phoenix studio brings that purpose to life through a portfolio built on a strong healthcare foundation and extending into workplace, entertainment, and beyond — powered by a team that leads with curiosity, craft, and a shared commitment to getting better together.

We're looking for someone who thrives in front of clients — building trust, setting clear expectations, and earning confidence — while working just as effectively behind the scenes with internal teams. You'll bring the leadership and organizational instincts to shape fees and schedules, manage resources, and steer projects to a strong finish, all while staying enthusiastic about the variety our portfolio offers, healthcare and beyond.
