As a Project Architect at Gensler, you will collaborate with a talented team of architects and designers to transform ideas into impactful built work. You will contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and technical development through construction administration, helping deliver innovative solutions that balance design excellence, performance, and client goals.
You are a creative problem-solver with strong design and technical skills, capable of translating ideas into compelling visualizations, detailed documentation, and realized architecture. **The base salary will be estimated between $132,000 - $160,000. Gensler's total compensation package is multi-layered and includes a base salary, two annual bonuses paid in December and June, an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and profit sharing.
