Job summary

ddb Workshop is seeking a Project Architect to join our growing team in Baltimore. The candidate will work with the Principal and staff to develop design drawings, construction documents, and client presentations, while coordinating with consultants and supporting permitting processes.

The ideal candidate has a professional architecture degree and at least 3 years of experience, with licensure preferred. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working at an architecture firm.
• Understanding of building codes, documentation, and construction detailing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Principal and other staff to satisfy project needs.
• Production of design drawings, construction documents, client presentations.
• Participate in meetings with clients and coordination with consultants.
• Support permitting processes, oversee submittals and RFIs.
• Conduct site visits and surveys using personal transportation.
