A Dallas architecture firm with 14 years of experience delivering civic, public safety, and commercial projects seeks an architect with 8–12 years of experience and advanced Revit proficiency to own projects and work directly with firm leadership.

The role emphasizes collaboration, hands-on delivery, and coordination with clients, consultants, and regulators across municipal, education, healthcare, and commercial facilities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of architectural experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept through completion.
• Strong Revit proficiency required.
• Strong technical, consultant coordination, and project management skills.
• Registration is a plus but not required.
• Civic, public safety, or institutional experience is preferred, but not required.

The team is seeking someone with 8-12 years of experience, strong technical and project delivery skills, and advanced Revit proficiency. This role will take ownership of projects and work directly with firm leadership in a collaborative, hands‑on environment. Civic and public safety experience is a plus, but strong commercial project experience will also be considered.
