Job summary

SHIV SOFTWARE EXPERTS LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Project Architect to guide projects from client conversations through construction documentation and inspection, collaborating with a close-knit team. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in architecture or project management, a B.Arch, licensure path, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.

Willingness to commute to our Greensboro office and work in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Architecture / Project management (not including school).
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed architect, or on the path to licensure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• RevIT experience a plus.
• Professional integrity and self-motivation.
• Must be able to commute to Greensboro, NC office.

Responsibilities

• Client contact and acquisition.
• Create detailed construction documents which clearly define the architectural design.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and alignment with design.
• Collaborate with various team members and engineering consultants.
• Good communication and organization to ensure timely execution.
• Efficient time and project management skills to stay on budget.
• Assist in the creation of project proposals.
• Develop relationships for ongoing and future projects.
• Knowledge of local codes.
