You must be adaptable to various project types, including programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, and construction administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
• Adapt to details of different project types, including programming and code/zoning.
• Manage entitlement issues, construction documentation, bidding, and permitting.
• Oversee and execute the construction administration process.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with construction document and construction administration phases.
• Ability to produce construction documents.
• 5-15 years of relevant experience.
• Accredited degree in Architecture.
• Actively pursuing licensure or licensed architect status.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in retail or multi-family residential markets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
