Future Opening: Project and Floor Technician

What do you do?

• Clean carpeted, VCT, ceramic/quarry tiled, and concrete floors at a variety of client locations.
• Perform building janitorial services as needed.
• Load and unload equipment daily.
• Operate company vans as a mobile position requires driving.

This position is for anyone who values consistency, predictability, patience with minute details, and the ability to work independently and time‑consciously. Floor technicians are physically active throughout the workday, enjoy small variations that sharpen their skills, and work well as part of a team.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required; we provide training for carpet, tile, and vinyl floor cleaning. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, and should be comfortable operating floor‑cleaning equipment.

Compensation & Career Growth

Hourly pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. Potential annual salary increase from $35,000 – $42,000 as you advance to Project Technician I, Project Technician II, Project Team Lead, or Project Supervisor.
