Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of research and development expertise and project management.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance suitability.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency with project management tools, system development and mapping tools, and data analytic tools and processes.
• Strong technical experience in Quantum, Advanced Material Science, AI, or data sciences.
• Knowledge of transition to practice processes, including commercialization strategies.
• Experience in innovation ecosystems, including high-growth tech enterprises and federal funding bodies in a SETA role.
• Technical skills and experience in managing research projects, data analysis and visualization, survey implementation, project strategy and management.
• Proficiency in project management tools, technical note capture and reporting, scheduling meetings, and delivering feedback.
• Experience supporting and interacting with Senior Leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support technology, research and development and programmatic tasks.
• Provide technical and program support to program directors managing an R&D portfolio of awardees.
• Assist with awardee management, milestone capture, and development of program briefings and technical reports for NSF leadership and interagency partners.
• Coordinate and participate in technical and programmatic discussions with government, industry, and other stakeholders to initiate partnerships and program concepts.
• Coordinate and support technical meetings and conferences.
• Provide systems engineering and programmatic expertise for process and system improvement across TIP programs.
• Conduct data analysis with the data analytics team to inform programmatic decisions and improve communication.
• Ensure a positive user experience for various programs.
• Serve as a team lead as needed, managing task implementation and team members.
