Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst Intern in Alpharetta, GA, to support the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) in evaluating processes and analytics. You will collaborate across business, product, technology, analytics, and finance to develop actionable recommendations.

The role emphasizes governance, portfolio reporting, and opportunities to leverage AI and automation for operational excellence. 10-week program, onsite May–July 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, MIS, Project Management, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience using data, research, or business analysis to solve problems through academic, internship, project, or extracurricular experiences.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, or data-driven analyses through academic, internship, project, or extracurricular work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas and findings.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Interest in project management, business transformation, process improvement, analytics, governance, AI, automation, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes, workflows, tools, and operational challenges.
• Analyze operational data, metrics, and business processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Document current-state workflows, process maps, and business requirements.
• Support assessments of governance, reporting, support, knowledge management, and business continuity processes.
• Research and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and process improvement techniques to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across business, product, technology, analytics, finance, and go-to-market teams.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Present findings, recommendations, and future-state process improvement concepts to EPMO leadership and stakeholders.
