Job summary

KONE is seeking a Project Administrator to support construction projects in the Great Plains district. You will coordinate activities to hit schedule and budget targets, collaborate with project managers and installation leaders, and apply KONE methodologies and tools throughout the project lifecycle.

You will bring 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in construction, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in construction or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4+ years of experience.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers and installation leaders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are met within schedule and budget.
• Assist in coordinating project activities using approved KONE methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as project managers and installation leaders to support successful project execution.

As our Project Administrator, you will collaborate with all key stakeholders, such as project managers and installation leaders, during construction projects and assist in coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools.

You will bring 2+ years of relevant administrative expertise, ideally within the construction industry, and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field. You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree in a related field or an additional 4+ years of experience.

Annual Base Pay Range:

The hiring range for this role in Minneapolis, MN is $77,500 – $101-745. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

We will also consider candidates in the following areas. Below are the different ranges applicable to those locations:

• Kansas City and St. Louis, MO area hiring range: $72,000 – $95,025

Variable Compensation

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
