Job summary

Qualifications

• G/L experience and ability to analyze financial data.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with computerized accounting systems and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly financial data for assigned projects.
• Setup new projects according to contract terms, including revenue recognition analysis.
• Track, monitor, and analyze active projects and ensure bills are accurate and timely.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and project ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and financial statement analysis.
• Support audit requests and prepare audit workpapers.
